Anyone paying under this link by mistake, will be subject to a 5% cancelation fee.   Please read before completing payment.  This page is for  Dr. Doom payment plan orders only.

Third payment due October 1st. 

Fourth Payment due December 1st.

Final payment due when ready to start shipping.  Five separate payments of $31.
